I was just reading through the “73 great debt elimination tips” post over at ZenHabits and found a link to Maxed Out Movie. I watched a majority of the clips available and now I believe it would be a great DVD to watch and share with others.

Caught the doc at SXSW when it premiered March 2006. Films are entertainment first – otherwise they’d never find an audience… this one is entertaining and has much food for thought. Unfortunately it is terribly biased – not unlike a Michael Moore doc. The film gives a very skewed perspective on the credit industry in the US. As with all documentary producers, they have an agenda and the perfect platform on which to present their agenda.
